The Show

The History of The Midnight Show (as told by Bill)

It all Started in aught 1, an October if I remember correctly, a cold day, a hard day, a day for sinners.

Eric Price got the ball rolling by asking Dick Chudnow if it was cool to start a new uncensored show, he said yep, so we began to plan when and where...midnight was the agreed upon choice, main arena was the where, then the advertising blitz came, flyers....everywhere.

Joe Cortese said" lets hit some parking lots" that was the first complaint we ever got, and as "equal opportunity offenders" we expected some, just not before we ever did a show.

First show was a sell out.

Then it was ever other Sat. for 5 years, Cortese left in year one, I believe it was to make more time for his husband, and Brian Allman was born, a six foot two bouncing baby man, at that point we were just called "the after hours show", then briefly, "Dog Balls", then "that dirty show" then "cock n toast" now "the midnight show".

Allman left to pursue a masters degree, and women, and David Theune was created from clay and ill will, a golem.

This gets us to about a year ago when Price left for L.A. and a shot at the big time/Aids. We gave Price a good send off, lots of drinks were had, some reefer was smoked, and that brings us to Matt Garnaas.
